T-Mobile Essential - Who's Calling is a Chrome extension that provides call notifications for various communications platforms. It displays a pop-up with data about the person who is calling you, pulled from your CRM system. To use this extension, you need to have a Who's Calling license from T-Mobile Netherlands.
To log in, simply use the same username and password that you use for your Mitel Telepo account. Once logged in, you will see a new icon in your browser that indicates the status of your connection. A blue icon means you are logged in and are receiving notifications, while a red icon means you are disconnected.
With T-Mobile Essential - Who's Calling, you can easily view your last calls and search for contacts by clicking on the browser icon. This extension provides a convenient way to stay informed about incoming calls and manage your contacts.
